In room bath is great with amazing view from the room. Food (Japanese western fusion) is good and staff is friendly and helpful. There is a noodle bar which opens until late and is impressive for a hotel of this scale. The overall design is modern and chill. It’s a good place for urban getaway. The neighborhood is very quiet too. Outdoor onsen water is not hot enough which is worth improving. There is a notice which says that the bath may not be hot enough because of the cold temperature but winter around Lake Toya has always been like this so it’s not a good excuse.
